The situation

What needed to change

Pan African Movement Rwanda needed one place for members, students, universities and district networks. News, videos, programs and public updates were split across channels, making the organization harder to follow and manage.

How we worked

What we did

We treated the website as an organization and membership platform rather than a campaign page. It provides a structure for programs, news, media, students and district activity, supported by administration for publishing and coordination.

What we built

Named parts of the system, not a generic stack.

01

Public programs

A structured website for programs, news, media and public updates.

02

Membership information

Content for members, students and university networks following the organization.

03

District reach

District-level information alongside the national organization platform.

04

Administration

Managed publishing and coordination inside the same web system.

What changed

After launch

PAM Rwanda has a public communication platform through which it can publish programs, news and organizational updates from one managed structure.
