Privacy notice

This notice explains how the public LIGHTMGROUP website handles inquiries, project estimator submissions, AI chat messages and contact details.

What is collected

The project form asks for your name, organization, work email, telephone number, country, organization type, service interest, project description, optional budget and preferred contact method. The project estimator stores the configuration you submit, your contact details and the server-calculated range. If you use an AI chat widget, your messages and optional email are stored in the relevant Developer Cloud workspace; a browser token lets the same browser return to that conversation. The site also sets a necessary session cookie and a CSRF cookie so forms can be submitted securely.

Why it is collected

Inquiry and estimate details are used to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. AI chat messages are used to provide conversation history and, when AI replies are enabled, are sent with the chatbot's configured knowledge to OpenAI for response generation. Authorized workspace agents can read the conversation and may take over. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, health details or other sensitive information through the widget. These records are not sold or shown on the public website.

Who receives it

Inquiry and estimate messages are stored in LIGHTMGROUP’s private administration tools and sent to info@lightmgroup.com. AI chat conversations are stored in Developer Cloud and can be accessed by authorized members of the workspace operating that widget; when AI replies are enabled, the message and configured knowledge are sent to OpenAI. WhatsApp messages you start yourself are handled by WhatsApp under that service’s own terms.

How long it is kept

Records are kept while a conversation or project is active and as needed for administration, accounting and support.
