Website terms of use

These terms describe use of the public website and project estimator. A project starts only after a separate written agreement or accepted proposal.

Estimates

Ranges from the project estimator are preliminary. They are calculated in RWF. Rwanda VAT of 18 percent is included only when the contracting location is set to Rwanda. Other countries are not given an invented tax rate. A final price follows a scope review.

Inquiries

Sending a form asks LIGHTMGROUP to respond. It does not create a project agreement, a partnership, or an obligation to begin work.

Site content

Case studies describe documented client work. They are not a promise that the same result will be repeated. LIGHTMGROUP names, writing and site design are owned by the company unless a case study says otherwise.

Availability

The website and estimator can be interrupted for maintenance or failure. This page does not promise uninterrupted service or a specific security certification.

AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a promise, proposal or substitute for confirmation by a LIGHTMGROUP representative. A human agent may take over a conversation. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information in the chat widget.
